Classes For Young People (Aged 18 – 35 Years)





Classes are a combination of Tai Chi, Qigong and Mindfulness.  The video below will give you a brief overview of these topics and show you why more and more young people are taking on these practices.

I aim to run classes that are fun, relatively easy to learn and as approachable as possible. Being a young person myself I know that you guys don’t want to hear talk about ‘harnessing your Chi’ or ‘Chi Energy’.

And you certainly don’t need to worry about having to do any strange poses, sounds or wearing a special type of clothing to class. That’s not what these classes are about.


Think of it as any other group exercise class, only this class will be training not only your body but also your mind. 

If by chance what you have read so far (or skimmed over) has convinced you to try out a class then here is all the relevant information you need to know about a class.



A FREE trial class will be run Saturday 21st October at 10:30am – 11:30am. This is will give you a chance to try out one of these classes before they begin the following weekend.

Official classes for Young People will commence  Saturday October 28th and will run for 8 weeks from 10:30am – 11:30am.
